Priced for small practices

Many EHRs cost anywhere from about $45 to $600 per provider per month, often before setup fees and add-ons.

DeeNice EHR is built for independent clinics with one to a handful of providers, so we keep the product focused and the price low.

$25 per provider per month is the founding-clinic price for practices that join from the waitlist.

About

Built next to a real primary care clinic

DeeNice EHR is built by Deenice LLC. It is being developed alongside a working primary care clinic in Glendale, Arizona, so every screen is shaped by real front-desk, exam room, and billing workflows.

We started because small independent practices deserve software that is simple to learn, quick to use during a visit, and priced for a clinic that doesn’t have an IT department.

DeeNice EHR is coming soon. Clinics on the waitlist will be the first invited to join as founding clinics and help shape the product.

FAQ

Common questions

Is DeeNice EHR HIPAA compliant?

DeeNice EHR is designed with HIPAA safeguards, including role-based access, two-step login, encryption, and an audit log of user activity. It will be hosted on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under a business associate agreement, and every clinic will sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with us before go-live.

There is no official government “HIPAA certification” for software. Compliance also depends on how a practice uses its systems, so your clinic’s own policies and training still matter.

Do I need an ONC-certified EHR?

Not always. ONC certification mainly matters if your practice must use certified EHR technology, for example to earn credit in the Promoting Interoperability part of Medicare’s MIPS program, or because a payer contract requires it. Many small practices fall below MIPS participation thresholds or qualify for small-practice adjustments, but every practice’s situation is different.

DeeNice EHR is not ONC-certified today. If your practice needs a certified EHR, tell us when you join the waitlist and we’ll give you a straight answer about whether we’re a fit. You can check your MIPS status at qpp.cms.gov.

Can I keep using Office Ally?

Yes. DeeNice EHR will send claims through the Office Ally clearinghouse, so you keep working with Office Ally. Clearinghouse fees are billed by Office Ally separately from your DeeNice EHR subscription.

Does it support AHCCCS patients?

Yes. The patient chart stores insurance details, including AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) coverage, alongside commercial plans and Medicare.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You’re on the list. We’ll send occasional launch updates to the email you gave us. When DeeNice EHR is ready, first invitations go to waitlist clinics in the order they joined, along with founding-clinic pricing of $25 per provider per month.

Joining doesn’t commit you to anything, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Is there a contract?

No. DeeNice EHR is month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Do I need to install anything?

No. DeeNice EHR is 100% web-based and runs in your browser. All you need is a modern web browser and an internet connection, with nothing to install on your office computers.
